Why It’s Harmful: Dr. Amy Nasamran, certified son or daughter psychologist and creator of Atlas Psychology claims that while swearing may be seemingly an issue that is small it may be a harmful practice whenever young children and small children are near.
“Developmentally, [children] learn language by hearing and replicating whatever they hear from trusted grownups inside their lives,†Nasamran says .
